Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you'll use a variety of tools, resources and skills to achieve sales goals. This is a true inside sales role in a highly competitive environment. You'll take calls from current and potential customers to sell them the WOW! products and services that best meet their needs, as well as speak with customers in some stage of disconnecting to encourage them to continue service. You will also make outbound calls and engage WOW customers for a variety of reasons not limited to Sales or Saves calls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve a target number of connects - relative to budgetFollow all established processes and procedures regarding installation, security (customer and company), order entry, and disclosure requirementsAccurately assess individual customer needs and issues to recommend appropriate features, benefits and value of WOW's product. Working to sell all lines of business relative to marketing campaigns and initiativesField inbound calls and make outbound calls with customers/potential customers expressing interest in WOW products or servicesMaintain the sales leads database, and effectively perform outbound contact associated with the leads in an attempt to actively acquire new customersFollow the sales call handling process to maximize sales potentialMaintain knowledge of current company procedures, packages, and policies; additionally, communicate competitive information obtained through customer interaction with the management teamAttend all coaching and development meetings including huddles and participate with professional observations and feedbackStay abreast of industry trends and competitor activitiesEmbrace company values and ensure all activity and communications entail Respect, Integrity, Servanthood and OwnershipOther duties as assignedQualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalentCollege education in Sales, Marketing or Business preferredExperience/Skills Needed:

At least one year of sales experience strongly preferredAble to read and interpret documents (scorecard metrics/data, safety rules, sales presentations, product information and training materials)Able to present complex information on the telephone to customers clearly and professionallyAble to document customer interactions in writingUse persuasive techniques effectively to overcome objectionsLike solving practical problems presented by customershave a resilient, positive attitudeThrive in a fast-paced call center environmentComputer Skills:
